Chasing Views at Sky Ranch Tagaytay

August 10, 2024

On 10th of August, I took a day trip to Sky Ranch Tagaytay to catch that cool, refreshing ridge breeze. My first stop was the iconic Sky Eye Ferris wheel. As the air-conditioned gondola reached the top, I got a breathtaking, unobstructed view of Taal Volcano and the lake.

After getting my photos, I unlocked my inner kid on the Super Viking—that stomach-drop feeling while swinging over the cliffside is unbeatable! I wrapped up the afternoon walking around with warm churros, enjoying the vibrant amusement park energy before heading out for a hot bowl of bulalo.

The Untouched Quiet of Home: Jolo, Sulu

February 10, 2025

While cities require a search for quiet, back home in Jolo, Sulu, peace simply finds you. On 31st of February 2025, I headed out to the untouched shores of Tandu Beach. Standing on the soft, white sand with the vast, turquoise Celebes Sea stretched out before me, the silence was absolute.

There were no crowds, no hum of traffic—just the gentle, rhythmic lap of waves against the shore and the rustle of coconut palms overhead. Watching the sun dip low over the horizon, painting the sky in deep orange and gold, I realized that the true heart of our province isn't just its beauty, but this profound, grounding stillness.
